About Aurogra 100 mg

Aurogra 100 mg is a generic sildenafil citrate tablet made by Aurochem Laboratories. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra and was the first PDE5 inhibitor developed for erectile dysfunction. How sildenafil works

An erection depends on blood flowing into the penis and staying there. When you are aroused, a chemical messenger (cGMP) relaxes the blood vessels; the enzyme PDE5 then breaks it down. Sildenafil temporarily blocks PDE5, so the relaxation lasts long enough for a firm erection. It only works with sexual stimulation.

Dose and timing

• Take one tablet with water about an hour before sex. It can be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours beforehand.
• 100 mg is the maximum labeled dose. Most men are started on 50 mg, and a doctor moves to 100 mg only if needed and well tolerated.
• Limit yourself to a single tablet in any 24-hour period.
• A heavy, fatty meal can delay the effect by around an hour, so a light meal works best.

Side effects

Not suitable if you

• use nitrates for angina, or poppers, or take riociguat;
• have been advised to avoid sex because of a heart condition, or had a recent heart attack or stroke;
• have very low blood pressure or an inherited eye disorder such as retinitis pigmentosa.

Mention alpha-blockers, blood pressure medicines, HIV medicines and antifungals to your doctor, as the dose may need to be lower.

Getting the best results

Many men find Aurogra works best when taken an hour ahead on an empty or lightly filled stomach. Allow the first few attempts to build confidence rather than judging the medicine on one occasion, and keep alcohol modest.

Storage

Keep the strips dry and below 86°F (30°C), somewhere children cannot reach them.
