About Sildigra Professional 100 mg

Sildigra Professional 100 mg is a prescription sublingual tablet containing 100 mg of sildenafil citrate, supplied by Dharam Distributors, used to treat erectile dysfunction. “Professional” is a marketing name for a fast-dissolving tablet placed under the tongue; it does not mean the product is meant for healthcare professionals or that it is stronger than ordinary sildenafil.

The Sildigra range comes from India and is not licensed by UK, European or US regulators. Check with a doctor or pharmacist that sildenafil is safe for you before ordering.

How does it work?

Sildenafil inhibits the PDE5 enzyme, allowing the muscle in the penile blood vessels to relax more fully when you are aroused. Part of a sublingual dose may be absorbed through the lining of the mouth, which some men feel brings the effect on sooner, although good comparative studies are lacking. Sexual stimulation is still needed.

How to use a sublingual tablet

1. Take a sip of water to moisten your mouth.
2. Place one tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve, which usually takes a few minutes. Chewing it or swallowing it intact defeats the purpose.
3. Avoid eating, drinking or smoking until it has fully gone, then swallow the remaining saliva.
4. Many men notice an effect within 20–30 minutes, but allow up to an hour, especially after food. It can last about four hours.

One tablet is the limit in any 24-hour period, and it must not be used on the same day as any other sildenafil product.

Who is 100 mg suitable for?

This is the top labeled dose. It is intended for men who have already used sildenafil at 50 mg without problems but need a stronger effect. Men over 65, those with liver or severe kidney problems, and those taking interacting medicines usually need a lower dose, so this strength is not a sensible place to start.

What are the side effects?

• Headache, warmth and redness of the face, indigestion, blocked nose and dizziness.
• A bitter taste while the tablet dissolves.
• Short-lived blue-tinted or blurred vision.

Get urgent help for an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or a severe allergic reaction.

Who should not take it?

Never use it alongside nitrates of any kind, including angina sprays, patches and tablets, or amyl nitrite, and never with riociguat: blood pressure can fall to a dangerous level. It is also unsuitable for men with a recent heart attack or stroke, very low blood pressure, severe liver disease or inherited retinal disorders. If you take an alpha-blocker such as doxazosin or tamsulosin, your doctor will usually want you on a lower sildenafil dose. Grapefruit juice can push sildenafil levels up. Women and anyone under 18 should not use it.
