About Vidalista Professional 20 mg
Vidalista Professional 20 mg is a tadalafil tablet from Centurion Laboratories designed to be placed under the tongue and left to dissolve, rather than swallowed. It contains 20 mg of tadalafil, the same active ingredient as Cialis. The sublingual format appeals to men who dislike swallowing tablets or want to take a dose discreetly without water.
What it is used for
It is used to treat erectile dysfunction, the repeated difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Like all PDE5 inhibitors, it only works when you are sexually aroused.
How to use it
- Place one tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve completely; avoid chewing or swallowing it whole.
- Take it at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Its effect can last up to 36 hours.
- Do not eat or drink until it has fully dissolved.
- Use no more than one tablet in 24 hours. 20 mg is the maximum labeled as-needed dose.
Manufacturers sometimes describe sublingual tadalafil as faster-acting, but good comparative evidence is limited, so allow the usual 30 minutes or more. If you are new to tadalafil, a doctor may suggest starting with a lower strength such as Vidalista 10 mg.

Side effects
Expect the typical tadalafil effects in some men: headache, facial warmth, indigestion, a stuffy nose and back or muscle pain. Mild mouth tingling can occur with dissolving tablets. Stop and seek help urgently for an erection lasting over four hours, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or chest pain during sex.
Do not use it if you
- take nitrate medicines or use poppers, or take riociguat;
- have been told to avoid sexual activity for heart reasons;
- have had a heart attack or stroke in the last six months, or have very low blood pressure.
Ask a doctor first if you take alpha-blockers, other blood pressure treatment, strong antifungals, HIV medicines, or have kidney or liver problems.
Getting the best results
- Keep your mouth free of food, gum and drinks while the tablet dissolves.
- A few minutes of patience matters more than exact timing, because the effect lasts well beyond the first hour.
- If you notice mouth irritation each time, a swallowed tablet may suit you better.
Storage
Keep tablets sealed in their strip until use, since dissolving tablets absorb moisture easily. A cool cupboard that children cannot reach is ideal.
