About Vidalista 10 mg

Vidalista 10 mg is a film-coated tablet containing 10 mg of tadalafil, made by Centurion Laboratories. Tadalafil is the active ingredient in the brand Cialis, and 10 mg is the strength most doctors start with when tadalafil is taken as needed for erectile dysfunction (ED). That makes Vidalista 10 a sensible first step for men trying tadalafil for the first time, or for anyone who found a higher strength caused too many side effects.

How it works

During arousal the body releases nitric oxide, which raises a messenger called cGMP and lets penile blood vessels relax and fill. The enzyme PDE5 breaks cGMP down again. Tadalafil blocks PDE5, so the natural response lasts long enough for a firm erection. Sexual stimulation is still needed; the tablet does not cause an erection on its own or change desire.

How to take Vidalista 10 mg

• Swallow one tablet with water at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Many men notice the effect within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• The effect can last up to 36 hours, so there is no need to time sex closely to the dose.
• Meals make little difference to how well it works.

Who should not take it

• Tell your doctor if you take alpha-blockers, blood pressure medicines, strong antifungals, certain antibiotics or HIV medicines, or if you have liver or kidney problems.

Keep the tablets in their strip at room temperature, away from moisture and out of the reach of children.

Is 10 mg strong enough?

Can I drink alcohol with it?
