About Tadarise 10 mg

Tadarise 10 mg is a prescription tablet containing 10 mg of tadalafil, made by Sunrise Remedies, used on demand to treat erectile dysfunction. It matches the recommended starting dose for as-needed tadalafil and gives a long window, up to 36 hours, in which arousal can lead to an erection. Tadarise is manufactured in India and is not a licensed brand in the US, UK or EU.

How does Tadarise 10 mg work?

An erection depends on blood flowing into the spongy tissue of the penis. Tadalafil helps by blocking PDE5, an enzyme that otherwise reverses the relaxation of blood vessels there. With the enzyme held back, sexual stimulation produces a firmer, longer-lasting response. The tablet has no effect without arousal and gives no protection against sexually transmitted infections.

How to take it

1. Swallow one tablet with water about 30 minutes to 2 hours before you expect to have sex.
2. Take it with or without food; unlike sildenafil, tadalafil is not noticeably slowed by a heavy, fatty meal.
3. Allow time for foreplay, since stimulation is what sets the effect in motion.
4. Do not take a second tablet within 24 hours.

After a few tries, your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg if the response is weak, or reduce it to 5 mg if side effects are troublesome.

Getting the most from your first doses

• Give it four to six separate attempts before judging whether it works for you.
• Limit alcohol, which dampens erections and adds to dizziness.
• Remember the long window: a tablet on Friday evening can still help on Saturday.

Who should not take Tadarise 10 mg?

Do not take it with nitrates such as nitroglycerin (glyceryl trinitrate) or isosorbide, with amyl nitrite “poppers”, or with riociguat. It is not suitable if a doctor has advised against sex for heart reasons, if you had a heart attack in the last 90 days or a stroke in the last 6 months, or if you have unstable angina, low blood pressure or poorly controlled high blood pressure. Tell your doctor about sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma or a curved penis (Peyronie’s disease), which raise the chance of priapism, and about retinitis pigmentosa.

Medicines that interact

Alpha-blockers (tamsulosin, doxazosin, terazosin) and other blood pressure medicines can add to the fall in blood pressure. Ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir and some macrolide antibiotics raise tadalafil levels; with the strong ones, the limit is 10 mg once every 72 hours. Rifampin lowers levels and may weaken the effect. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit juice.

What are the side effects?

Headache, heartburn, flushing, nasal stuffiness, back pain and muscle aches are the most common. Back and muscle pain may begin the next day and usually clears within 48 hours. Seek urgent help for an erection lasting 4 hours or more, sudden loss of sight, sudden hearing loss, or chest pain during or after sex.
