About Zhewitra 20 mg
Zhewitra 20 mg is a vardenafil tablet produced by Sunrise Remedies. It provides 20 mg of vardenafil, the maximum labeled dose, for men with erectile dysfunction who have not had enough benefit from 10 mg. Its smaller starting pack of 60 tablets makes it an accessible way to try the higher dose.
How it works
Vardenafil is a selective PDE5 inhibitor. Blocking this enzyme allows the natural chemical messenger released during arousal to keep penile blood vessels relaxed, so blood can flow in and stay long enough for sex. Desire and stimulation remain essential.

Side effects
Typical effects are headache, flushing, nasal stuffiness, indigestion and dizziness. Less commonly, men notice back pain or visual changes. Stop and get emergency help if an erection lasts longer than four hours, if you develop chest pain or palpitations, or if your vision or hearing suddenly worsens.
Safety information
- Do not use with nitrate medicines, poppers or riociguat.
- Vardenafil may affect heart rhythm (QT interval). Tell your doctor about any arrhythmia or medicines for it.
- Protease inhibitors, strong azole antifungals and some antibiotics raise vardenafil levels.
- Seek advice if you have liver or kidney disease, a bleeding disorder or active stomach ulcer.
Getting the best results
Choose a time about 30–60 minutes ahead, keep drinks moderate and give Zhewitra a fair trial across several occasions. If side effects are bothersome at 20 mg, a lower dose may give a better balance. Erection problems that persist despite treatment are worth discussing with a doctor, as they can be linked to diabetes, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or hormone changes that deserve their own treatment.
