About Sildigra CT 100 mg
Sildigra CT 100 mg is a prescription chewable tablet containing 100 mg of sildenafil citrate, supplied by Dharam Distributors, used for erectile dysfunction in adult men. “CT” stands for chewable tablet: it is flavored and meant to be chewed rather than swallowed whole, which suits men who find ordinary tablets hard to get down.
It is an Indian-made generic without a license in the UK, EU or US. The drug inside is the same sildenafil used in licensed products, but speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.
How does Sildigra CT work?
Sildenafil belongs to the PDE5 inhibitor group. By blocking this enzyme in penile tissue, it lets the blood vessels stay open after arousal, so more blood flows in and the erection is firmer. Chewing breaks the tablet up before it reaches the stomach, yet the drug is still absorbed through the gut, so any head start over a standard tablet is small.
How to chew it
- Take one tablet about 30–60 minutes before sex.
- Chew it thoroughly until it has broken down, then swallow; a sip of water afterwards clears the taste.
- Skip a heavy, greasy meal beforehand, which can slow the effect.
- Do not take another dose, in any form, within 24 hours.
Chewable tablets often contain sweeteners and flavourings. If you have diabetes, phenylketonuria or a food allergy, read the ingredient list on the pack.
Is 100 mg right for you?
This is the maximum labeled dose of sildenafil. Most men start at 50 mg, and older men or those with liver or kidney problems may need 25 mg. If you have never taken sildenafil, discuss a lower strength with your doctor first, because chewable tablets are not designed to be split.
What are the side effects?
Possible effects include headache, flushing, heartburn, nasal congestion and light-headedness, plus occasional changes in color vision. These usually settle within a few hours. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting over four hours, sudden loss of sight or hearing, chest pain, or signs of an allergic reaction such as a swollen tongue or wheezing.
Who should not take it?
- Anyone using nitrate medicines (GTN, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate) or nitrite “poppers”.
- Men taking riociguat.
- Those with unstable heart disease, a stroke or heart attack within the past six months, or blood pressure that is very low or poorly controlled.
- Men with severe liver disease or hereditary eye disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa.
Alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate symptoms, and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ritonavir, ketoconazole and clarithromycin, need your prescriber’s input before you use sildenafil. Women and under-18s should not take it.
Pack sizes and storage

Frequently asked questions
Does chewing make it work faster?
Perhaps slightly for some men, but there is no strong evidence. Allow at least 30 minutes.
What is the difference from the regular tablet?
Only the form. Sildigra 100 mg is swallowed whole, while Sildigra Soft 100 mg is a softer chewable.
