About Tadagra 20 mg
Tadagra 20 mg is a generic tadalafil tablet supplied in strips of 10. It is taken before sex to treat erectile dysfunction and contains 20 mg of tadalafil, the same active ingredient as the brand Cialis. Its long duration of action is the main reason many men prefer tadalafil over shorter-acting options.
Understanding erectile dysfunction
Occasional erection problems are common, but repeated difficulty is often linked to reduced blood flow, diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking, stress or some medicines. ED can be an early warning sign of heart disease, so it is worth having a health check even if a tablet helps.
How Tadagra helps
Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme. This keeps the smooth muscle in penile blood vessels relaxed for longer during arousal, so more blood can flow in and the erection lasts. Without sexual stimulation it has no effect.
Taking Tadagra 20 mg
- One tablet, swallowed whole with water, at least half an hour before sex.
- Can be taken with or without a meal.
- Maximum one tablet in any 24-hour period; 20 mg is the top labeled dose.
- Men starting tadalafil for the first time are usually advised to begin at 10 mg, for example Vidalista 10 mg, and only step up if needed.

Side effects
Some men experience headache, a flushed face, upset stomach, back ache or a stuffy nose. These usually settle within hours. Stop and seek urgent help if an erection lasts over four hours, or if you notice sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain or severe dizziness.
When not to take it
Tadagra must not be combined with nitrate medicines, amyl nitrite (poppers) or riociguat. Speak to a doctor before use if you have a heart condition, have had a stroke or heart attack recently, have unusually low or high blood pressure, or take alpha-blockers or medicines that affect liver enzymes such as ketoconazole or ritonavir.

Keep at room temperature in a dry place, in the original strip, away from children.
