About Tadasoft 20 mg
Tadasoft 20 mg is a soft chewable tadalafil tablet from Sunrise Remedies. It is softer than a standard tablet and is chewed before swallowing, which many men find easier and more pleasant than swallowing a coated pill. Each tablet contains 20 mg of tadalafil for the as-needed treatment of erectile dysfunction.
How it helps
Tadalafil inhibits PDE5, which allows the blood vessels in the penis to stay relaxed for longer when you are sexually excited. More blood flows in and the erection is easier to keep. It does not work without arousal and does not increase libido.
How to take Tadasoft
- Chew one soft tablet and swallow, around 30 minutes or more before sexual activity.
- Water is optional.
- Its action can last up to 36 hours.
- Take no more than one tablet a day. 20 mg is the maximum labeled as-needed dose, so first-time users often start with a 10 mg tablet on a doctor’s advice.

Side effects

Important precautions
- Do not combine with nitrate medicines, poppers or riociguat.
- Not suitable for men advised to avoid sex due to heart disease.
- Check with a doctor if you take alpha-blockers, blood pressure medicines or drugs that affect liver enzymes, or if you have kidney or liver impairment.
- Keep alcohol to a minimum.
Getting the best results
- Take the soft tablet in a calm moment and chew it thoroughly before swallowing.
- Allow at least half an hour, and remember the effect lasts well into the next day.
- If one soft tablet regularly causes headaches, ask a doctor about a lower strength.
Storage
Soft tablets are sensitive to heat and humidity. Keep them in their strip in a cool, dry place, and out of children’s reach, as they may look like sweets.
