About Vidalista CT 20 mg
Vidalista CT 20 mg is a chewable tadalafil tablet from Centurion Laboratories. “CT” stands for chewable tablet: it contains the same 20 mg of tadalafil as standard Vidalista 20 mg, but it is meant to be chewed rather than swallowed whole. It is a practical option for men who find swallowing tablets unpleasant, or who prefer a flavored tablet that can be taken without a large glass of water.
How tadalafil works
Tadalafil belongs to the PDE5 inhibitor group of medicines. By slowing the breakdown of cGMP in the penis, it helps blood vessels stay relaxed so that an erection can develop and be maintained when you are sexually aroused. Without stimulation, nothing happens.
How to take Vidalista CT
- Chew one tablet thoroughly and swallow, at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
- Its effect can continue for up to 36 hours.
- Food does not meaningfully change how well it works.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. 20 mg is the highest labeled dose for as-needed use, so men who have not tried tadalafil before are often advised to start lower, for example with Vidalista 10 mg.

Side effects to watch for
- Common: headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion and aching back or limbs.
- Less common: dizziness and blurred vision.

Cautions and interactions
Chewable tadalafil carries the same safety rules as ordinary tablets. It must not be taken with nitrates, poppers or riociguat. Check with a doctor first if you have heart disease, a recent stroke, very low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or take alpha-blockers, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir or clarithromycin. Do not combine it with any other ED medicine.

- Relax and allow time for foreplay; tadalafil supports a natural response rather than creating one.
- Keep alcohol moderate, as large amounts reduce effectiveness.
