About Tastylia 20 mg
Tastylia 20 mg is tadalafil in the form of a thin oral film, sometimes called an oral strip. Made by Healing Pharma, each film contains 20 mg of tadalafil and dissolves on the tongue in seconds, so it can be taken without water. It is designed for men who want a discreet, easy way to take an ED medicine.
What it treats
Tastylia is used for erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme, which helps penile blood vessels relax and fill with blood when you are aroused. Sexual stimulation is required.
How to use an oral film
- Make sure your hands and mouth are dry.
- Remove one film from its sachet and place it on your tongue.
- Let it dissolve fully, then swallow. Do not chew it or swallow it whole.
- Use it at least 30 minutes before sexual activity; the effect can last up to 36 hours.
Only one film should be used in 24 hours. 20 mg is the maximum labeled dose for as-needed use; a doctor may recommend starting with a lower strength first, such as Vidalista 10 mg.

Side effects
You may notice headache, flushing, indigestion, a runny or blocked nose, or back and muscle aches. A mild taste or tingling in the mouth can occur with films. Seek urgent help for an erection lasting more than four hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, or chest pain.
Who should avoid it
- Men taking nitrates, poppers or riociguat
- Men with serious heart disease, or a heart attack or stroke in the last six months
- Anyone allergic to tadalafil
Discuss alpha-blockers, blood pressure medicines, antifungals, HIV medicines and any kidney or liver problems with your doctor first.
Getting the best results
- Take the film when you have a few quiet seconds, as it needs to dissolve fully on the tongue to work properly.
- Give it several tries before judging it. Nerves and tiredness can affect the first attempt.
- Keep the unused films away from bathrooms and steamy kitchens, where humidity can damage them.
Storage
Keep films in their sealed sachets until use, as moisture makes them soft and sticky. Store at room temperature, out of reach of children.
