How it works
Arousal triggers a chemical signal that relaxes penile blood vessels. PDE5 normally reverses this signal. By blocking PDE5, tadalafil lets the signal last longer so that an erection can form and be sustained. You still need to be sexually stimulated.
How to take it
Swallow one tablet with a glass of water at least 30 minutes before sex. It can be taken with or without food. Because 20 mg is the highest as-needed dose, a doctor may suggest trying 10 mg first; if Toptada 20 causes troublesome side effects, a lower strength such as Vidalista 10 mg may suit you better.

Cautions
Do not take Toptada with nitrates, poppers or riociguat, or alongside another ED medicine. Tell your doctor about any heart or blood pressure condition, eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa, kidney or liver disease, and medicines including alpha-blockers, antifungals, antibiotics like clarithromycin, and HIV treatment.
